If you're trying to get a rise out of me by poking fun at my faith, it won't work. I don't retaliate. "If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also (Matthew 5:39)." You have a nice day.

I'm sorry you feel that way. If you, like many others before you, are trying to get a rise out of me, though, you will not succeed. As it is written, "whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also (Matthew 5:39)." The verse is a metaphor, but I am a Christian. You could literally slap me on the cheek and I would not retaliate. I will pray for you.

Nah I'm not trying to pull ya tail, just the thought of everything being perfect seems a bit depressing and repetitive, like you know everything's gonna be A-OK every time and work out like a sitcom from the 90s.

Oh, not at all. I understand what you mean in that perfection seems boring, but perfection doesn't mean that everyone is exactly the same. It's not going to be the myth of angels sitting on clouds playing harps. There will be music, a great banquet, a wedding, and more. I actually have a description here from the Bible for you. The physical description is beyond human comprehension, but the best description of it we have is found in the Book of Revelation.

Whoever believes in Christ shall never perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). The apostle John was privileged to see and report on the heavenly city (Revelation 21:10-27). John witnessed that heaven (the new earth) possesses the “glory of God” (Revelation 21:11), the very presence of God. Because heaven has no night and the Lord Himself is the light, the sun and moon are no longer needed (Revelation 22:5). The city is filled with the brilliance of costly stones and crystal clear jasper. Heaven has twelve gates (Revelation 21:12) and twelve foundations (Revelation 21:14). The paradise of the Garden of Eden is restored: the river of the water of life flows freely and the tree of life is available once again, yielding fruit monthly with leaves that “heal the nations” (Revelation 22:1-2). However eloquent John was in his description of heaven, the reality of heaven is beyond the ability of finite man to describe (1 Corinthians 2:9). Heaven is a place of “no mores.” There will be no more tears, no more pain, and no more sorrow (Revelation 21:4). There will be no more separation, because death will be conquered (Revelation 20:6). The best thing about heaven is the presence of our Lord and Savior (1 John 3:2). We will be face to face with the Lamb of God who loved us and sacrificed Himself so that we can enjoy His presence in heaven for eternity. We will also be reunited with everyone we have lost and Jesus Himself said when He left for Heaven after His resurrection that He would prepare a mansion for each of us that is created to ensure our perfect happiness. By this, I imagine that everyone's place will be different and in tune with the person they are inside. :)

i want to have your care, there are people enough in my near and myself last but not least who are in danger of beeing lost, excuse me forgetting the lovely pets. at my opinion pets cant sin therefor they`re not in trouble and we may asc our lord to save our beloved dogs cats budgies we will see. for my opinion the fate of animals beeing eaten by each others shows us as an example well observed by us shows us how precarious our location is and how sentenced we are beeing punished to death because of my sin and animalprotection is not our first demand but getting ourselves out of danger is more important. we can imagine at the example of animals brutal life and sentenced they are even thex didn t sin how large the cost will be for a saviour getting me out of trouble

Animals eat other animals as a result of the sin that mankind brought into the world by disobeying God. We are also the reason they die. When the New Earth comes after the Rapture and Tribulation, the animals will lie down by each other and will eat straw. The lion will lay down by the lamb and the wold from the wild shall be lead by a little child.

Oh, heavens no! lol It's pronounced with a short A like the word "rap." It's the event in the future when Christ returns to Earth and all of those who believe in and follow Him will be swept up to join Him before the apocalypse starts.

Not one sparrow falls to the ground apart from the Father and everything that has breath praises the Lord except those human beings that choose to reject salvation. I do not believe pets are going to be overtaken by the devil, personally. :)

What is the rapture

The Rapture is a time in the future in which those who are alive at the time who know the Lord (those that have received salvation by asking Jesus to be their Savior) will be called forth to where God is in order to spare them from the impending destruction of the Earth. God intends to create a New Earth in which all of His children will never again experience pain or sorrow, but the first Earth and all of the evil upon it must first be destroyed. The antichrist, who is controlled by Satan, will attempt to steal as many souls as possible during this time, but will, in the end, be defeated when Jesus returns.

The Rapture is an event that occurs involving those who are still alive on Earth when Jesus returns. That Second Coming brings about the end to the final apocalypse. All of those who believe at that time will be called up into the clouds with God in order to spare them from the judgment that is being carried out on those who rejected God below. This will be the time in which the antichrist, which Satan controls, has consumed most of the world. The only ones who will refuse to swear allegiance to him will be those who know Jesus and they will therefore be spared from destruction. No one knows when this will occur. The Bible tells us that only God the Father knows, so we should be ready to go at any moment.
